HR Green is bringing its Workday integration portfolio in-house and seeks a Senior Workday Integration Developer to assume long-term ownership of integrations connecting HR, payroll, and finance data with enterprise systems. The role will transition integrations from the implementation partner, resolve production issues, maintain existing integrations, and develop new capabilities as enterprise systems evolve. It will also support HR Green’s firm-wide AI program by maintaining and adapting AI agents and automations developed by external specialists, with opportunities to build new solutions. This is a permanent, in-house, fully remote role available to candidates located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, or Texas; it is not a project engagement. The developer will work with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure integrations and AI solutions are secure, maintainable, reliable, and aligned with business needs. The role includes ownership of Workday integration support and development, AI solution support and development, and adherence to secure development, change-management, source-control, and release practices. Some after-hours work is expected to support payroll-sensitive integrations.
