HR Green is bringing its Workday integration portfolio in-house and seeks a Senior Workday Integration Developer to take end-to-end ownership of the environment. The role will transition integrations from an implementation partner, support them in production, adapt them as connected systems change, and develop new integrations as Workday capabilities expand. The position is permanent, in-house, and fully remote within states where HR Green operates: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, and Texas. It is not a project engagement. As the integration portfolio stabilizes, the developer will also become HR Green’s technical resource for its firm-wide AI program. This includes taking over AI agents and supporting integrations developed by external specialists, maintaining and adapting them, creating new agents, and partnering with specialists on larger implementations. The AI work focuses on secure, useful business solutions rather than AI research or model development. The role supports HR, payroll, and finance data connections with enterprise systems through custom Workday Studio integrations and packaged connectors. The developer will establish internal ownership, reliable operational support, and secure, maintainable integration and AI development practices.
