About The Position

Veracode is seeking a Senior Website Manager to own the strategy, governance, performance, and ongoing evolution of Veracode.com. This role will lead the website roadmap, improve operational excellence, and turn business priorities into high-performing digital experiences that increase traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. The Senior Website Manager will own the web roadmap, lead the migration from WordPress to Webflow through launch and partner with marketing, creative, demand generation, operations, IT, and agency teams to translate business needs into scalable website experiences. This role balances strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring comfort in setting priorities, managing stakeholders, improving governance, and actively participating in site updates, QA, analytics, campaign launches, and CMS operations. The manager will build and edit pages in Webflow, troubleshoot tracking and form issues, and review agency work in the code and configuration.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in web management, digital marketing, or web program management, with strong emphasis on strategy, design oversight, and growth.
  • Experience leading a full CMS migration for a large B2B site (hundreds of pages or more), including redirect mapping, SEO preservation, and tracking validation.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM strategies, SEO and GEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and CRO (A/B testing, heatmaps like Hotjar).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL; frontend literacy (e.g., CSS Grid/Flexbox, animations).
  • Familiarity with website security, ADA/WCAG compliance (accessibility-first design), performance optimization, and 2026 trends like AI personalization and immersive interactivity.
  • Proven project management skills (e.g., Jira, Asana); experience managing agencies, vendors, in-house teams (development/design).
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to present performance, design, and growth reports to executives.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration expertise.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce form/CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the website roadmap, improve operational excellence, and turn business priorities into high-performing digital experiences.
  • Lead the migration from WordPress to Webflow through launch and post-launch stabilization.
  • Align stakeholders, leadership, and agency partners on scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success criteria for the migration.
  • Validate and lead work on content and URL audits, redirect mapping, SEO/GEO/AEO preservation, analytics, integration testing, and launch planning.
  • Manage daily website operations, including intake, prioritization, page updates, QA, publishing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder requests.
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, usability, performance, and brand consistency.
  • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, and dashboards to monitor performance and translate insights into optimization priorities.
  • Maintain site content standards, taxonomy, metadata, redirects, page ownership, review cycles, archival processes, and content hygiene.
  • Architect and execute web strategies incorporating AI-enabled personalization, SEO, GEO, campaign performance, content experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead visual and UX evolution, ensuring designs align with brand identity and managing scalable design systems.
  • Own the translation of Figma designs into Webflow components and templates.
  • Direct user journeys for high-stakes pages and implement AI-driven adaptive experiences and A/B testing to optimize funnels.
  • Partner with legal, security, and marketing operations to manage cookie consent, privacy requirements, data collection standards, accessibility, and compliance needs.
  • Use Core Web Vitals monitoring, A/B and multivariate testing, heatmaps, and performance insights to balance rich visual experiences with site speed.
  • Establish recurring website performance reporting, dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
  • Lead technical SEO, GEO, keyword strategy, and content performance to improve organic visibility.
  • Manage Webflow, WordPress, or similar enterprise CMS environments, and coordinate with IT and development teams on infrastructure, security, bugs, integrations, and new features.
  • Manage WordPress through sunset and Webflow as the long-term platform.
  • Own launch readiness for new pages, templates, campaigns, integrations, and site changes.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, IT, sales, agencies, and vendors to gather requirements, align priorities, manage dependencies, and communicate tradeoffs.
  • Act as the primary liaison for web development partners and agencies, scoping projects, managing timelines and deliverables, and conducting quality reviews.
  • Ensure seamless ties with Marketo forms, lead capture, and CRM (Salesforce) through collaboration with marketing ops.
  • Administer infrastructure, manage CMS operations, build scalable templates and interactive experiences, publish content, improve governance, and continuously optimize site performance.
