  • Oversee site infrastructure, reusable templates, page builds, campaign support, content publishing, and continuous optimization for speed, security, accessibility, SEO, GEO, and user experience.
  • Improve the full digital journey, from organic discovery and campaign landing pages to content engagement, form conversion, personalization, and post-click experiences aligned to priority personas.
  • Set priorities, manage stakeholders, improve governance, and jump into the details of site updates, QA, analytics, campaign launches, and CMS operations.

Align stakeholders, leadership, and agency partners on scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success criteria. Validate and lead work on content and URL audits, redirect mapping, SEO/GEO/AEO preservation, analytics, integration testing and launch planning.
  • Manage daily website operations, intake, prioritization, page updates, QA, publishing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder requests while maintaining high standards for accuracy, usability, performance, and brand consistency.
  • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, dashboards, and campaign data to monitor traffic, behavior, conversions, attribution, and funnel performance, then translate insights into optimization priorities.
  • Maintain site content standards, taxonomy, metadata, redirects, page ownership, review cycles, archival processes, and content hygiene so the website stays accurate, discoverable, compliant, and easy to maintain.

  • Use Core Web Vitals monitoring, A/B and multivariate testing, heatmaps, and performance insights to balance rich visual experiences with site speed and continuously improve funnel performance.
  • Establish recurring website performance reporting, dashboards, insights, and recommendations that connect website activity to pipeline, campaign impact, SEO performance, conversion trends, and business priorities.
  • Lead technical SEO, GEO, keyword strategy, and content performance to improve organic visibility across traditional and generative search experiences.
  • Manage Webflow, WordPress, or similar enterprise CMS environments, and coordinate with IT and development teams on infrastructure, security, bugs, integrations, and new features. Manage WordPress through sunset and Webflow as the long-term platform, including CMS structure, permissions, hosting, and custom code.
  • Own launch readiness for new pages, templates, campaigns, integrations, and site changes, including requirements intake, testing, stakeholder approvals, rollback planning, documentation, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, IT, sales, agencies, and vendors to gather requirements, align priorities, manage dependencies, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver website initiatives on time.
  • Act as the primary liaison for web development partners and agencies. Scope projects, manage timelines and deliverables, conduct quality reviews, and ensure external teams align with Veracode standards, brand guidelines, accessibility expectations, and strategic objectives. Hold agencies accountable to defined acceptance criteria and evaluate their technical work independently.
  • Work with marketing ops to ensure seamless ties with Marketo forms, lead capture, and CRM (Salesforce).
