About The Position

This role supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services, which operate through its AmerisourceBergen business. The Senior Warehouse Associate processes warehouse activities and supports accurate product movement, effective order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and timely shipment dispatch. The position requires knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipment handling, documentation, and safety practices. The role requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience and at least three years of relevant experience. Pay starts at $21.26 per hour, with potential for up to $23.99 per hour based on earning opportunities such as shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to finish and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to finish.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
Knowledge of warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
Knowledge of shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.
Knowledge of warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
Knowledge of safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.
Ability to accurately review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data.
Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.
Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and variable workload demands.
Ability to support process consistency and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

Nice To Haves

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.
