About The Position

Wesco is hiring an experienced Senior Warehouse Associate to work at its distribution facility. The role performs warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and housekeeping in assigned areas. It may also involve counter sales, cycle counting, and related quality assurance activities. The associate verifies and receives purchased products in the system, separates orders and puts materials in their proper locations, prepares materials for shipment, assists with truck loading, assembles and disassembles warehouse fixtures, and performs special customer quality inspections. The position is scheduled Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into the system.
• Separate orders and place materials in proper locations.
• Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment.
• Assist with loading trucks.
• Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables.
• Perform special customer quality assurance inspections.
• May perform counter sales, cycle counting, and related quality assurance activities.
