About The Position

The Senior Warehouse Associate supports Cencora's US distribution services, operated through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment. It also prepares shipments and staging areas, maintains inventory integrity, monitors stock and workflow, investigates operational exceptions, and documents shipment and inventory activity.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.
• Knowledge of warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.
• Ability to review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data accurately.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.
• Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and variable workload demands.
• Ability to support process consistency and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities
