REFORM is hiring a Senior Videographer & Editor to capture, edit, and deliver high-quality visual content across our marketing and communications channels while leading the technical operations of our in-house content production capabilities. This is a hands-on production role for a skilled visual storyteller who can move fluidly between the field, the edit, and the studio. The Senior Videographer/Editor will serve as REFORM’s lead in-house shooter and editor, capturing interviews, events, advocacy work, community stories, executive content, social-first content, and other key moments across the organization. The Senior Videographer/Editor will also serve as the technical lead for REFORM’s content production operation. This person will manage our in-house content studio and production equipment, establish technical standards and workflows, and help ensure the Marketing & Communications team stays current on new production technologies, tools, editing techniques, and emerging content formats. The ideal candidate combines strong technical craft with excellent visual instincts. They understand camera, lighting, audio, composition, editing, color, and sound, and know how to translate an established creative direction into compelling finished content. They are curious about how visual storytelling is evolving and can identify new tools, technologies, formats, and production techniques that REFORM should test or adopt. Working closely with the Senior Producer, the Senior Videographer/Editor will help create an efficient production and post-production operation, ensuring footage and finished assets are captured, organized, edited, archived, and delivered at a consistently high standard. This role is on the Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Managing Director, Social & Content Strategy.
