Lion Street is seeking a strategic and business-focused Senior Vice President, Technology to lead the organization's technology vision, digital transformation initiatives, and innovation strategy. This executive will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for aligning technology investments with business objectives, enhancing the advisor experience, and delivering scalable solutions that support growth across the Lion Street network. Job Summary: The Senior Vice President, Technology leads technology strategy, operations, and innovation. This role oversees infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, digital transformation, and technology investments to ensure alignment with business objectives, growth, security, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Extensive experience overseeing multiple technology functions and large-scale enterprise systems.
Proven success leading technology strategy, digital transformation, and organizational change initiatives.
Experience managing large technology budgets, strategic vendor relationships, and enterprise technology portfolios.
Demonstrated experience leading directors, senior leaders, and cross-functional technology organizations.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s long-term technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead technology functions, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, cloud services, and operations.
Establish technology policies, governance, standards, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
Drive digital transformation, innovation, operational efficiency, scalability, and service reliability.
Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
Direct technology architecture, system integrations, enterprise applications, budgets, vendor relationships, and investments.
Define technology metrics and KPIs to measure performance, effectiveness, and value delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop technology leaders while fostering collaboration across business units.
Perform other duties as assigned.
