We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Technology Strategist to join our Engineering Practice Enablement team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience.
  • Strong strategic system thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analysis, product and project management, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, productivity, and business outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or certifications in technology management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement practice strategies by leveraging expertise in engineering, product management and business management to support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize practice initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing client value.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to anticipate trends and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Design and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Advocate for technology-driven innovation by promoting the adoption of new tools and practices that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining robust governance frameworks and risk management practices.
