We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Service Delivery General Management - M3 to join our Global Service Delivery team. This role is located in Boston, MA In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Manage a unit area in Service Delivery, overseeing multiple large projects with high operational impact aligned with Global Service Delivery business goals Allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual plans, setting departmental priorities and developing a shared vision and strategy to optimize team execution and performance Ensure work produced meets and exceeds product/service quality standards Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration Develop and implement new processes and policies for the assigned area and ensure operationalization by subordinate teams Complete intricate problem resolution and manage financial and human resources responsibilities for assigned teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred, including 1-3 years in management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational excellence
  • People leadership experience with a focus on motivating and developing staff

Nice To Haves

  • Service delivery experience preferred
