About The Position

The Senior Vice President of Sales is responsible for defining and executing the company’s long-term sales and revenue growth strategy across mid-market, enterprise, and customer expansion channels. This role involves partnering with the CEO and executive leadership team on corporate growth planning, market expansion, and revenue forecasting. The SVP will build and evolve the structure, leadership, and operating model of the sales organization to support scale and long-term growth, developing executive-level sales strategies aligned to company objectives, product roadmap, and market opportunities. Additionally, the role drives cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to optimize go-to-market execution, evaluates market dynamics, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities, and influences company strategy through customer insights, industry trends, and market intelligence. The SVP will lead and mentor sales leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and operational excellence, while developing succession planning and leadership capability across the sales organization. They will champion scalable enablement, leadership development, and performance management frameworks, establish executive-level KPIs and revenue operating rhythms to improve predictability and organizational performance, and ensure scalability of forecasting methodologies, sales processes, and revenue operations infrastructure. The role also involves partnering with Finance and RevOps on strategic planning, territory design, capacity modeling, and investment prioritization. The SVP will strengthen executive relationships within the real estate, brokerage, and PropTech ecosystem, represent MoxiWorks as a senior industry leader at conferences, strategic customer engagements, and partner meetings, and identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and market presence.
