We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Service Delivery Manager to join our BNY Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Boston In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed project needs and operational requirements Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction Serve as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication
