Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Test Engineer with an automotive company
  • At least 1 year using Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, Pytest Automation Framework, Python, DoIP, CAN, LIN, UDS, ISO-14229, ISO-13400, PCAN-Explorer, Wireshark, Jira, Jama, Git, Jenkins.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, program, and execute test cases based on system requirements, primarily using HIL test benches, Lab Cars, and manual vehicle testing.
  • Execute integration tests across systems, focusing on key automotive components like infotainment, telematics, cameras, sensors, and networking components.
  • Set up and configure HIL test environments and execute tests to validate system performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, when a test fails.
  • Maintain tight collaboration with our OEM customers, ensuring smooth integration of OEM functions and clear communication on test results and issues.
  • Perform manual tests on vehicles or prototypes to ensure all functional requirements are met.
  • Write scripts in Python for test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
