About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Senior UX/Interaction Designer to lead user-centered design efforts that take digital solutions from initial concept through market launch. The role works closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to shape intuitive, high-quality experiences for innovative technology products and help define the features that drive successful delivery. The position follows a hybrid work model and requires 2–3 days per week onsite at the candidate’s choice of the Broomfield, Colorado; Chicago, Illinois; or Peoria, Illinois office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of user experience (UX) design experience, or 10+ years of UX design experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and 3D design.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
Strong design presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
A portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work; include the link on the resume.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of or experience with battery or charge management or energy solutions.
A passion for electric vehicles or machines.
Experience with mapping and 3D imaging.

Responsibilities

Apply the full UX design process—including user research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes—to move digital solutions from concept to market.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional team members, building alignment and incorporating feedback.
Advocate for user needs as the voice of the customer while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Contribute to the design and definition of product features and identify user research needed to support project and product delivery.
Ensure design deliverables are high quality and adhere to established design standards.
