About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Senior UX/Interaction Designer for its Broomfield, Colorado; Chicago, Illinois; or Peoria, Illinois office. The role uses a hybrid work model and requires working onsite 2–3 days per week. The Senior UX/Interaction Designer leads user-centered design efforts from initial concept through market launch. Working with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, this role shapes intuitive, high-quality experiences for technology products and helps define features that support successful delivery. The designer advocates for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints, and ensures deliverables meet established design standards. The stated salary range is $120,000–$125,000 annually.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of user experience (UX) design experience, or 10+ years of UX design experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and 3D design.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
Strong design presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
A portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work; the link should be included on the resume.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of or experience with battery or charge management or energy solutions.
A passion for electric vehicles or machines.
Experience with mapping and 3D imaging.

Responsibilities

Apply the full UX design process—including user research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes—to move digital solutions from concept to market.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional team members, building alignment and incorporating feedback.
Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Contribute to product feature design and definition, and identify user research needed to support project and product delivery.
Ensure design deliverables are high quality and adhere to established design standards.
