Senior UX Designer

DeepIntent is seeking a UI/UX Designer to translate requirements into interactive experiences, troubleshoot UX problems, and conduct user testing. The ideal candidate will have proven working experience as a UI/UX Designer, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of wireframe tools and design software. • Translate requirements into engaging interactive experiences that create meaningful product design
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• User testing for intuitivity and experience
• Leverage customer empathy, research and design principles to support design decisions
• Establish a strong design culture by championing user-centric design and design thinking
• Focus on timely delivery of flows working with the Lead Designer and Product Manager
• Navigate through internal dependencies within the design team and some external dependencies on development and product teams (product and dev collab)
• Drive productivity within your own team by ensuring processes are followed
• Responsible for ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence of user interfaces across products
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to understand their constraints and

• Proven working experience as a UI/UX Designer
• In depth portfolio of design projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options with stakeholders
• Critical thinker, problem solver and customer-centered
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (Balsamiq and Marvel)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software's like Figma and Sketch
