About the position
DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Client Strategy lead who will provide client leadership and strategic direction for assigned Agencies. This individual will manage operations associated with key strategic accounts, develop and maintain solid customer relationships, and work closely with the Analytics team to provide ongoing insights on campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have extensive people management experience, a passion for digital advertising, and a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide client leadership and strategic direction for assigned Agencies
- Manage all post sales activities from set up through post campaign performance reviews
- Drive incremental revenue and renewals for all media buys
- Oversee a team and support a book of business
- Build relationships with clients to understand their business goals and help them achieve success using DeepIntent's solutions
- Have a strong knowledge of digital/programmatic media planning, activation, and measurement
- Manage operations associated with key strategic accounts
- Partner with a Senior Technical/Platform specialist to provide optimal client experience
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Managers, Associate Client Success, and Client Success Managers
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships through exceptional service
- Partner with the Analytics team to provide ongoing insights on campaign performance and post-campaign analysis
- Work closely with the Agency Partnership team to identify ways to grow accounts and provide strategic recommendations
- Take a proactive approach in planning and scaling the business to achieve high growth plans
- Help develop best practices within the Operations organization
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
- Have 10+ years of Agency/Media planning experience with a focus on biddable media, digital activation
- Extensive people management experience within account management/client success
- Experience in pharma/healthcare required
- Passion for digital and understanding of the digital advertising landscape
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements
- 10+ years of Agency/Media planning experience with a focus on biddable media, digital activation
- Extensive people management experience within account management/client success
