About The Position

TripleTen is hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager to launch and scale paid acquisition for new online master’s degree programs offered in partnership with US universities. The role owns acquisition from the first ad impression through enrollment, with Meta Ads as the primary channel and Google Ads, particularly YouTube, as additional channels to test and develop. The position combines strategy, budget ownership, and hands-on campaign execution for a high-ticket B2C product. The manager will build and optimize multi-step funnels, using CRM data, sales call transcripts, and conversion rates to improve qualified prospect volume and customer acquisition cost. They will develop and test hypotheses across audiences, messaging, offers, creative formats, and landing pages, and turn research and competitor insights into briefs for internal teams and external partners. The manager will establish advertising accounts and tracking, working with analytics and engineering as needed, and partner with Sales to improve lead quality and build a qualified waitlist before paid enrollment opens. This is a full-time remote contract with a flexible schedule. The role is based within CET ±3 hours and requires at least two hours of overlap with US Eastern Time. Compensation is USD 4,500–5,000 gross per month.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.

  • Track record of launching acquisition from scratch, including setting up accounts and tracking, testing initial hypotheses, finding effective audience, offer, and creative combinations, and scaling them.
  • Strong hands-on Meta Ads expertise, including campaign structure, audience testing, pixel and conversion setup, creative experimentation, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on Google Ads expertise beyond Search, particularly YouTube and video-led acquisition for products requiring consideration and demand generation.
  • Full-funnel analytical skills, including working with CAC, ROMI, lead-to-call and call-to-sale conversion rates, and CRM and BI data.
  • Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to test offers, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages and write clear briefs for creative teams and partners.
  • Ability to work independently in a new product environment with limited historical data and no established acquisition playbook.
