About The Position

The Senior Universal Banker represents First Federal Bank in a way that promotes its brand through exceptional customer service, supports growth, and maintains and expands customer relationships. The role proactively engages customers to identify their financial needs and recommend suitable products. It involves delivering banking products and services such as opening and maintaining accounts, identifying lending opportunities, and conducting financial transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

As a frontline representative, the Senior Universal Banker engages with customers and community partners at the banking center and throughout the city, serving as a trusted advisor who develops relationships and recommends products and services. The role acts as Vault Custodian when banking center management is absent and supports the bank’s brand and growth through community volunteer activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• At least 2 years of experience at a financial institution performing as a teller and/or personal or universal banker.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of deposit and credit banking products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to represent the bank in a manner that maintains and expands customer relationships, contributes to growth, and enhances the bank’s image.
