About The Position
Sunflower Bank, N.A. is hiring a Universal Banker for its Santa Fe Cerrillos branch. The role combines teller duties, personal banking, and customer service. Universal Bankers provide retail banking products and services, process customer transactions and requests, and develop business opportunities with current and potential customers. The position is suited to someone dedicated to exceptional customer service who is detail-oriented and has good computer skills. Customer service and cash-handling experience are required; banking experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided. Pay depends on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform full-service banking, focusing primarily on service and sales to new and existing branch customers.
- Perform teller duties, including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information about other products and services.
- Address customer needs and support a positive customer experience by phone and during branch visits.
- Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets.
- Inform customers about promotions, contests, and new account options.
