The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22-25.00/hr The position is remote or hybrid depending on your location. Schedule M-F 8.00 am to 5 pm The Senior Unbilled Representative is responsible for research and resolution unbilled claims, in ERP and/or Clearing House and ensuring appropriate compliance rules and guidelines are met for claims release and submission. This role works closely with intake, insurance verification, documentation, and billing teams to ensure claims are appropriately cleared, billed, or dispositioned in accordance with payer requirement.

Requirements

  • Experience in research and resolution of unbilled claims.
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or Clearing House systems.
  • Understanding of compliance rules and guidelines for claims release and submission.
  • Ability to work closely with intake, insurance verification, documentation, and billing teams.
  • Familiarity with payer requirements for claims processing.
