About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Training Support Analyst for Technical Qualification Program (TQP) Management/Analysis, Technical Qualification Program, Training Analysis, Nuclear Facility Qualification, and Assessment & Continuous Improvement for Program Support. This is an Exempt W2 position with no overtime pay, to be performed on client site in the Mountain West / Southwestern Region Area (North Las Vegas, Nevada; with potential work in Mercury, Nevada). This is a Full-Time role supporting a Federal Agency that oversees secure nuclear operations in a mission-critical, clearance-controlled federal environment. The Senior Training & Qualification Analyst (Administrative & TQP Support) is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Senior Consultant. This role will be principally focused on Technical Qualification Program (TQP) Management Analysis Administrative Office Support. We seek candidates with relevant Nuclear Energy/Security Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Nuclear Energy/Security Sector Clients such as NNSA. The role is located at or near North Las Vegas, Nevada, with potential work in Mercury, Nevada. The primary work site address is the NNSA Nevada Support Facility, 232 Energy Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89030, with an alternate site at the Nevada National Security Site, Mercury, NV. The role involves providing services and support as a Senior Training & Qualification Analyst (Administrative & TQP Support) aligned with the Technical Qualification Program | Training Analysis | Nuclear Facility Qualification | Assessment & Continuous Improvement Functional Area/Category Discipline in the Nuclear Energy/Security Industry Sector, focusing on PM | Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy (DOE/NNSA | NFO). The core functions include analyzing qualification needs, building defensible programs, assessing performance, strengthening technical readiness, analyzing qualifications, streamlining administration, strengthening readiness, protecting continuity, and sustaining compliant nuclear-security mission performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in training/education, engineering, nuclear science, safety, organizational development, or a related discipline.
  • Target 7-10+ years of progressively responsible training/qualification experience.
  • Direct DOE 426.2, DOE-STD-1070-94, FTCP/TQP, SSO, FR, and/or STSM experience strongly preferred.
  • Senior training and qualification professional with DOE/NNSA or comparable nuclear-facility experience.
  • Demonstrated command of the systematic approach to training, technical qualification governance, assessment methods, examination development, qualification standards, and adult learning.
  • Must translate directives into auditable programs, facilitate SMEs and candidates, and deliver defensible technical products independently.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio).
  • Ability to quickly learn other tools as needed.
  • DOE L clearance required and DOE Q where needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's and relevant certifications preferred.
  • Current Q clearance and Nevada/DOE availability are valuable recruiting discriminators.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the systematic approach to training for procurement, development, delivery, evaluation, and program administration.
  • Develop and maintain exam banks, qualification standards, qualification cards, individual continuing-training plans, training packages, self-study materials, and course materials.
  • Support DOE 426.2 (or successor) assessments under DOE-STD-1070-94.
  • Analyze requirements and provide policy, procedure, standards, implementation-plan, meeting, and reporting support for FTCP and TQP.
  • Design and evaluate qualification/training for Safety System Oversight, Facility Representative, and Senior Technical Safety Manager programs.
  • Mentor Facility Representatives; prepare candidates for written exams, oral boards, evaluated walkthroughs, and final qualification documentation.
  • Conduct training needs/position/KSA analyses; acquire, maintain, upgrade, or develop courses; create reporting and continuous-training products.
  • Evaluate and implement automation/process-improvement tools for training and qualification workflows.
