About The Position

The Senior Training Manager – Nightlife Division is responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of training programs to support the successful operation and opening of XS Nightclub, Encore Beach Club, and the Dice Room. This role ensures all team members deliver exceptional, consistent guest experiences aligned with Wynn Nightlife standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in nightlife, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
  • Pre-opening experience strongly preferred (nightclub, dayclub, or large-scale venue).
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful training programs that drive measurable performance results.
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and VIP-driven environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience creating professional training materials and presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with design or content creation tools (e.g., Illustrator or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for nightlife venues including XS, Encore Beach Club, and Dice Room (pre-opening and ongoing operations).
  • Design and implement classroom, on-the-job, and digital training tailored to high-volume nightlife environments.
  • Partner with operations leaders and subject matter experts to define training objectives and align with brand standards, service expectations, and venue-specific needs.
  • Build scalable onboarding programs for hourly and management staff to support rapid hiring and venue openings.
  • Translate complex operational procedures into clear, engaging training materials, including SOPs, job aids, and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain department training manuals, handbooks, and operational playbooks.
  • Identify training gaps through performance analysis, guest feedback, and operational insights; implement targeted solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in service execution across all nightlife venues while adapting training for each concept’s unique identity.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met for key milestones, including venue openings and major events.
  • Support leadership teams with coaching tools, leadership development materials, and performance improvement programs.
