About The Position

Lucky Strike Bellevue is seeking an experienced Nightlife Operations Manager to lead its dynamic Friday and Saturday night entertainment operations. This role focuses on managing a dedicated nightlife staff, driving a premium bottle service program, and ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience in partnership with the General Manager. The position offers the opportunity to grow the program to additional nights as the business scales and play a significant role in shaping the future of Lucky Strike Bellevue's nightlife. The ideal candidate is a nightlife expert who thrives in a late-night, high-energy environment, excels at driving bottle service and bar revenue, and can build and retain a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in nightclub, high-volume bar, or premium hospitality/nightlife operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a bottle service or VIP table program
  • Experience directly supervising a multi-role nightlife team (servers, bartenders, floor supervisors)
  • Comfortable managing to revenue and sales targets; P&L literacy a plus
  • MAST certification or equivalent state alcohol service certification (required prior to start)
  • Exceptional guest service instincts with experience handling high-expectation VIP clientele
  • Trend-aware and socially connected within the local nightlife and entertainment scene
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage a fast-moving operation with precision and calm
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top nightlife talent
  • Knowledge of POS systems and nightlife operational tools
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Own Lucky Strike Bellevue's Friday and Saturday nightlife experience, with the opportunity to grow the program to additional nights as the business evolves.
  • Manage all aspects of nightlife operations from doors-open to close, including staffing, guest flow, entertainment, and revenue performance.
  • Partner with the General Manager to coordinate transitions, shared resources, and cross-operational needs.
  • Availability for special events, holiday programming, staff training, and weekly planning will be expected as needed.
  • Lead and grow the venue's bottle service program as the primary revenue engine of nightlife operations.
  • Set and achieve nightly and weekly revenue targets.
  • Manage table inventory, VIP reservations, and upselling strategy.
  • Oversee bar operations to ensure premium execution, responsible service, and maximum throughput.
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage a dedicated nightlife staff, including Bottle Service Servers / VIP Hosts, Nightclub Bartenders & Barbacks, Nightlife Floor Supervisors, Security Leads, and additional support staff.
  • Set performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and build a team culture that is professional, guest-obsessed, and revenue-focused.
  • Work closely with marketing and events teams on nightlife promotions, themed nights, DJ bookings, special events, and social media initiatives.
  • Identify local events and partnership opportunities that bring new guests into the nightlife experience.
  • Build and maintain VIP guest relationships and drive outreach to grow reservations and repeat visits.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the local nightlife scene and bring forward ideas that keep the program fresh and compelling.
  • Set the standard for VIP and general guest service in a nightlife environment.
  • Ensure bottle service guests receive a premium experience from reservation through departure.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain an atmosphere that drives repeat visits and strong word-of-mouth.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all applicable liquor laws, health & safety codes, and venue policies.
  • Ensure all nightlife staff hold required alcohol service certifications.
  • Partner with security personnel to maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff throughout the night.
  • Manage incident reporting and documentation with accountability and care.
  • Deliver weekly nightlife performance recaps covering revenue results, bottle sales, VIP reservation tracking, labor, and operational opportunities.
  • Review trends, identify gaps, and bring a clear action plan to every Monday debrief.
  • Report directly to the venue GM with strong partnership and dotted-line support from district leadership.
