About The Position

The Clinical Training Manager will support the development and execution of Copernicus™ Training and Readiness Services, Cook Medical’s education and implementation framework for Interventional MRI (iMRI). This role will ensure that physicians, technologists, nurses, and clinical teams are properly trained to adopt MRI-guided interventions, while also supporting early clinical cases and procedural workflows during the adoption phase. This will be a remote-based position.

Requirements

  • Clinical background in one of the following: MRI technologist, Interventional radiology technologist, Clinical specialist in medical imaging
  • Experience supporting MRI or interventional procedures
  • Experience delivering clinical training or physician education
  • Strong understanding of MRI safety and workflow
  • Ability to travel to customer sites for training and implementation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting interventional MRI or advanced MRI applications
  • Experience with clinical education programs
  • Experience working with new technology adoption in hospitals
  • Familiarity with interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the Copernicus™ Training and Readiness Service
  • Design training pathways for physicians, technologists, and clinical staff
  • Develop educational content including: MRI procedural workflows, MRI safety and operational readiness, Device usage in MRI environments
  • Coordinate with Cook Clinical Education teams to align training standards.
  • Support hospitals in preparing for iMRI suite implementation
  • Assist with readiness assessments including: Workflow design, Staffing models, MRI compatibility considerations
  • Contribute to the iMRI deployment playbook and site readiness checklist.
  • Provide support for early clinical cases and physician adoption
  • Assist physicians and clinical teams during the initial procedural learning curve
  • Help translate training into real-world procedural workflows
  • Capture learnings and best practices to improve future implementations.
  • Deliver training programs including: On-site training, Simulation sessions, Workshops and proctorship programs
  • Support educational events, including: Physician workshops, User meetings, Training sessions at reference sites.
  • Work closely with: Strategy Enablement, Clinical Education, Product Management, Market Development
  • Collaborate with outside partnership teams on MRI workflow training and suite integration.
