About The Position

The iMRI Division's Business Operations & Execution Manager will optimize the commercialization of products, solutions, and efficiencies by building standard procedures to support and achieve the Division's vision, strategy, business plan, and overall company priorities. This role focuses on executing and launching processes, solutions, and initiatives once they are finalized, and supporting ad-hoc process management and change management where needed. The manager will ensure operational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant, meeting the needs of customers and internal stakeholders. They will lead efforts to measure process adherence and effectiveness, support reimbursement and product optimization, and implement the Division's strategy and operational efficiencies resulting from Commercial Productivity. Collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, brand marketing, product management, and strategic/corporate accounts, is crucial for executing market initiatives, contract launches, and economic solutions. The role also involves facilitating cross-functional communication, collaboration, and training to ensure a unified approach to achieving goals, establishing effective communication channels, and maintaining operational activities in alignment with global and regional goals. Administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, and policy acknowledgements must be met in a timely manner. The manager is responsible for ensuring all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met within their scope and conducting business with integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, pricing, or corporate accounts in the medical device industry.
  • Prior experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and drive efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate strong Business execution/project management skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Focus on executing and launching the processes, solutions, and initiatives, once a process is determined and finalized.
  • Support ad-hoc process, change management in areas where a need is identified, Commercial Productivity implementation.
  • Ensure operational processes are efficient, effective and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Focus on executing and launching the products & solutions, once a process is determined and finalized.
  • Lead efforts to measure and ensure processes are being followed-through and meeting expectations.
  • Support ad-hoc process management in areas where a need is identified, including reimbursement and product optimization.
  • Ensure new operational processes are efficient, effective and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders, in order to achieve the Division mission, vision and purpose.
  • Work closely with others within the Division, company Functions and Operational Units to implement the Division strategy & operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure and programs.
  • Maintain, execute and follow up on operational activities in alignment with division global and regional goals.
  • Partner with sales and marketing team(s) in leading and executing the market initiatives.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Product Management in sales execution of roll outs and launches of big market initiatives.
  • Partner with Strategic Accounts Team & Corporate Accounts Teams in execution of contract launches and economic solutions.
  • Identify and manage all other relevant collaboration partners within the iMRI Division as well as functions and operational units.
  • Work closely with others within the Divisions, company Functions and Operational Units to implement strategy & operational efficiencies resulting from Commercial Productivity.
  • Facilitate cross functional communication, collaboration, and training to ensure a unified approach to achieving goals.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and alignment.
  • Meet deadlines for administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.
  • Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met.
  • Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies.
