About The Position

onX is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Manager to help shape how we reward, support, and invest in our employees as the company continues to scale. This role sits at the intersection of compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, job architecture, and employee experience. We're looking for someone who can assess what is working, challenge what is no longer serving us, and build practical, scalable solutions that balance employee experience, business needs, and market competitiveness. You'll help modernize how we approach Total Rewards by leveraging data, market insights, operational rigor, and emerging technologies (including AI) to create programs that are equitable, understandable, and effective. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll help shape the future direction of Total Rewards at onX while personally driving key initiatives, improving processes, and building the operational foundation that allows programs to scale effectively. This role reports to the Senior Director of People Operations.
