Location/Division Specific Information: This position is in Madison Wisconsin, supporting the Chemical Analysis Division How Will You Make an Impact? The Senior Test Technician position will be responsible for the alignment and testing of various scientific instruments to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement!

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

Experience testing complex electromechanical systems

Responsibilities

Complete alignment and testing of assemblies and instruments to ensure they meet all quality standards while consistently meeting productivity goals.
Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.
Trained in multiple areas of a production cell and able to troubleshoot technical issues.
Communicates effectively with team members and other support functions.
Contributes to a positive team culture.
