About The Position

This position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you’ll be a member of DfT and Test Technology Development team, tasked with driving ATE test automation supporting Analog/Digital test strategies across various product lines. In this role, your responsibility is to drive ATE test program generation tools. Knowledge and experience with software development using of C++/C# /Python is necessary. Candidate should know ATE platform language and architecture to develop low-level ATE code for Analog/Mix Signal blocks to integrate DfT and test/HW design requirements. The end goal is to design and productize deep Analog and Mixed-Signal test automated solutions that are high in efficiency and that enable organization benchmarks for targeted test cost and cycle time. As a key member of the DfT and Technology Development Product Engineering Team, you will serve as an ATE Application Engineer with primary responsibility for defining, developing, and deploying automated test solutions that enable efficient new product development and high‑volume production testing. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in ATE platforms ( ETS800, T200, V93K etc.) , test method development, and software automation, along with strong cross‑functional leadership.
