About The Position

This role involves working closely with a diverse team to coordinate, deliver, and support technology initiatives. The Senior Technology Operations Specialist will drive alignment across Group Technology, Asset teams, and project delivery leads to ensure technology solutions are effectively planned, governed, and successfully implemented across operational environments. The role has a strong execution focus, supporting the delivery of key technology projects and initiatives across the Australia Operations team, based in the Perth office with required site visits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Mining technology expertise across automation, fleet management, and digital mine solutions is essential.
IT/OT systems integration experience across operational technology and data platforms.
Proven delivery of technology projects, change initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong focus on risk, cybersecurity, compliance, and data-driven operational improvement.
A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technology deployment and integration activities across Australian operations, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps, standards, and business objectives.
Build strong relationships with operational leaders, technology partners, and delivery teams to drive collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and successful technology adoption.
Support governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements while promoting safe and efficient operational outcomes.
Enable data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and capability development through reporting, performance insights, training, and change support.
