As a Communications and Operations Specialist Senior within PNC’s Marketing and Communications team, you will help shape and deliver communications that position PNC Technology as a key driver of business growth and a cornerstone of PNC’s Brilliantly Boring brand. This proactive, detail-oriented communicator thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering clear, accurate and strategically aligned messages. The specialist manages and improves project management systems—including intake, editorial calendars and reporting dashboards—while supporting planning, research and development of communications across channels and topics. By collecting and synthesizing data to identify trends and boost productivity, the specialist drives operational excellence and supports the team’s success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners are essential to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment in all communications.
