About The Position

Acture Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Technology Operations Manager to support our onsite services team in a high-impact onsite leadership role functioning as the client's Director of Information Technology. This position will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversee district-wide technology initiatives, infrastructure operations, budgeting, operational planning, and long-term technology strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, building strong partnerships, and supporting educational innovation.

Requirements

• Prior IT leadership or technology operations management experience
• Experience managing technical teams, budgets, and operational initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and technology governance
• Experience working in educational or client-facing environments required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational oversight
• Valid driver’s license, fingerprinting, and background check required

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy, operational initiatives, and modernization efforts
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, support operations, and technology services
• Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and operational planning
• Supervise contracted and technology personnel
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with educational goals
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the environment
• Serve as the primary technology liaison for leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning efforts
