About The Position
The Senior Technician Quality Control performs quality inspection, testing, and data analysis in support of a biochemical manufacturing facility. The position is part of the Quality Control Department, is located in Chaska, Minnesota, and is onsite. It reports to the Quality Control Supervisor-Reagents/Other Consumables.
Requirements
- High school education and five years of applicable experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience utilizing laboratory tools and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- A STEM associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Experience in a medical device or FDA- or ISO-regulated environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and the basic Windows operating system.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality testing and data analysis, per SOP, of reagent packs, references, and calibrators.
- Participate in continuous improvement for safety, delivery, quality, cost, and inventory management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision using laboratory tools and procedures.
- Perform Monitoring, Equipment Program, and Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Perform incoming inspection tasks.
- Perform other designated tasks assigned.
