Senior Technical Trainer-(Remote)
About The Position
As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in building the capabilities that drive operational excellence across Arxada's manufacturing network. Partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning & Development, and site leadership, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical, leadership, and continuous improvement training programs that enable sustainable business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate facilitator and coach to influence learning at scale, help shape a culture of continuous improvement, and empower teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training & Development, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building within industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences environments.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement tools.
- Proven ability to facilitate training programs, coach diverse audiences, and translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace applications.
- Experience developing or delivering train-the-trainer programs and supporting certification pathways is highly valued.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Nice To Haves
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred, with additional training, facilitation, or project management certifications considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and operational capability building.
- Facilitate and coach application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Lead train-the-trainer initiatives that strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training across sites.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with business priorities, operational goals, and workforce development needs.
- Coach project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business impact and sustainable results.
- Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
