Senior Technical Trainer, Table Systems
About The Position
The Senior Technical Trainer, Table Systems partners with instructional designers and subject-matter experts to identify training needs and create engaging training programs that improve retention and transfer. The role provides product feedback and works with stakeholders to improve the functionality, usability, and serviceability of table systems products. It represents the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals. The trainer leads in-person and web-based sessions for internal and external clients and supports all training programs across the product lines using these delivery methods, with minimal supervision. The role also researches and applies emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives and partners with developers, SQA, and product management to stay informed about new products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.
- Experience running queries in SQL.
- Valid gaming card and/or ability to obtain required jurisdictional licenses.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by law.
