About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to create and deliver scalable learning solutions that help users adopt modern IT systems, applications, and emerging technologies. The role designs instructor-led and digital training, simplifies complex technical topics, mentors others, and supports secure, standardized technology adoption across the enterprise.

The trainer will support advanced technical domains, including custom in-house applications; AI, GenAI, and multimodal engineering; data architecture and systems; air-gapped, hybrid, and on-premises environments; Kubernetes and GPU servers; and UI, backend, and middleware engineering. The position requires an active DOD Top Secret clearance and is onsite 60% of the time.

Requirements

• Experience developing instructor-led training and web-based training.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design frameworks.
• Experience with learning management system platforms and eLearning tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness.
• Active DOD Top Secret clearance.
• Onsite availability 60% of the time.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Background in IT, cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, or software development.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility.
• Experience creating multimedia or interactive training.
• ATD, CPTD, CompTIA CTT+, or instructional design certifications.
• Experience in government, defense, intelligence, or a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Build instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training programs.
• Develop eLearning content and multimedia learning assets.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, effective training materials.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure training accuracy and alignment.
• Support user adoption, change management, and measurement of training effectiveness.
• Mentor others.
