Senior Technical Trainer, Table Systems
About The Position
Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe. Position Summary Partner with instructional designers to create engaging training programs for table systems that enhance retention and transfer. Work with SME’s and identify training needs. Responsible for providing product feedback and working with key stakeholders to improve the functionality, usability, and serviceability of table systems products. Act as a liaison and represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals. Lead live in-person training and web-based training sessions for both internal and external clients. Research and apply emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives. Ability to actively teach and support all training programs within the product lines via the above-mentioned delivery techniques, with minimal supervision. Partners with developers, SQA, and product management to stay informed of new products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience of dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.
- Experience with running queries in SQL.
- Valid gaming card and/or the ability to obtain required jurisdictional licenses.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by law.

- Casino operations and gaming experience a plus.
