Requirements

An experienced recruiter: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong focus on technical roles.
Technically minded: You're not just filling roles; you understand them. You can grasp the nuances between different tech stacks and frameworks, recognizing that not all experiences are made equally.
A market investigator: You're insatiably curious, always digging into new markets, exploring talent pools, and staying on top of the latest trends.
A human-centred technologist: You're excited to leverage AI and modern tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing you up to focus on what matters most: creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Adaptable: You can seamlessly transition between recruiting for a Staff Engineer and a Marketing Manager.
Process-Oriented: You're excited by the opportunity to build and optimize our recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

Own the recruiting lifecycle: You'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles.
Be a strategic thought partner: Work directly with the VP of People & Culture and hiring managers to develop and refine our hiring strategy.
Build the foundation: You'll be instrumental in optimizing our ATS (Workable), creating and implementing interview guides, and developing training for hiring managers.
Source top talent: Proactively find and engage exceptional candidates for high-impact roles.
Champion the candidate experience: Ensure every person has a positive, supportive, and transparent experience, regardless of the outcome.
Experiment with AI & technology: You'll be encouraged to explore and experiment with modern recruiting tools, including AI, to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows—all while maintaining the personal, human touch that sets our candidate experience apart.
Leverage Data: You'll own the recruiting dashboard, turning data and metrics into actionable insights that tell a clear story about our pipeline health and hiring efforts.
