About The Position

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a key client program. The ideal candidate will have the drive to understand talent, help their teammates develop their recruiting skills, and improve our processes and approaches for doing business. This role requires strong management, organizational, and coaching skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and ensure exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. The position is hybrid and requires the candidate to be located in the Edmonton, Canada area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Recruiting for technical roles within engineering and skilled trades.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be located in the Edmonton, Canada area

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience or exposure to people or project management
