About The Position

Aggreko is seeking a Senior Recruiter based in Canada to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles. The role focuses on attracting, engaging, and securing top Technician talent through proactive sourcing, data-driven decisions, and strong partnerships with hiring managers. Aggreko provides power, heating, cooling, and oil-free air solutions for various industries, from events to long-term operations in remote locations.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience in recruiting hands-on technicians.
Strong experience in sourcing talent across a variety of platforms and mediums, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
Ability to use data and talent market insights to develop effective hiring strategies.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and interviewing.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of HVAC, power, and electrical industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage an average of 20-30 active requisitions per month, ensuring efficient and effective role fulfillment.
Recruit for roles including Sales, engineers, operations, Technicians, and others.
Ensure compliance and accuracy by managing recruitment processes through Workday and maintaining less than 10% offer correction rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, offering strategic talent advice and ensuring accountability in the hiring process.
Increase business understanding and visibility through monthly in-person engagements, including site visits, job fairs, and ride-alongs.
