About The Position

Verkada is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to recruit for its Product team. Working within a decentralized recruiting model, this person will embed directly in the Product organization and build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. The recruiter will develop a nuanced understanding of the team and the Product Management talent landscape, then use that expertise to create proactive sourcing strategies and recruit for critical roles across the organization. The role is based onsite at Verkada’s headquarters in San Mateo, California, five days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions.
• Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted, high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Expertise in stakeholder alignment, including the ability to influence senior Product leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on timely communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing niche product talent, maintaining a healthy pipeline, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Partner with Product leadership through weekly meetings with the SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors to build the team.
• Improve hiring processes as the company scales.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience.
