We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role is responsible for managing complex requisitions, mentoring junior recruiters, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances multiple searches, and delivers a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with demonstrated success managing diverse and challenging requisitions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hiring security engineers, IT, ERP systems
  • Passion for improving candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams

  • Experience mentoring peers or junior team members preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake to offer, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill or senior-level positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters and coordinators, sharing best practices and supporting development
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging networking, referrals, and innovative search techniques
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent pipeline initiatives
  • Contribute to employer brand efforts by representing the company at events, networking opportunities, and through industry engagement
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and report progress
