About The Position

We are seeking a highly driven, consultative, and results oriented Recruiter who excels at partnering with business leaders, influencing talent decisions, and proactively identifying exceptional talent in competitive markets. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to Deluxe hiring managers while leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top tier candidates. The ideal candidate is more than a recruiter. They are a strategic talent consultant who understands business priorities, workforce planning, talent market dynamics, and how to build pipelines of diverse, high-caliber talent before hiring needs arise. Develop strong relationships with senior leadership throughout the organization to help drive and influence results for the function. Consult with HR and business leadership to identify emerging workforce trends, business needs and build a talent acquisition pipeline for the various skillsets in the organization. Source, select and secure top candidates through a full life cycle recruiting process, ensuring that every candidate has an unrivaled candidate experience. Consult and partner with HR and Business Leaders to create strategic recruitment and hiring solutions. Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract leadership talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and 7 years or HS/GED and 11 years
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business
• 8 years of experience in talent acquisition including 3 years of technology or sales recruiting
