About The Position

LotusFlare is seeking a high-performing AI-focused Senior Technical Recruiter who is ready to step into a leadership role. For the first 6 months, the role will focus on operating as a technical recruiter, closing critical IT roles and auditing current recruitment processes. Upon successfully meeting KPIs and demonstrating leadership impact, there is an opportunity for promotion to Talent Acquisition Lead, overseeing the global team and strategy. LotusFlare's mission is to design, build, and continuously advance a cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platform that simplifies technology and customer experience to deliver valuable outcomes to enterprises. The company aims to make the mobile internet accessible and affordable globally.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree or certification in HR/Tech (good to have)
  • Experienced in the Tech industry
  • Expert-level knowledge of AI sourcing and recruiting tools, automated outreach.
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills, with a focus on software engineering. Roles will include Server Engineer, Infrastructure / SRE Engineer, Support Engineer, etc.
  • 6+ years of equivalent experience in a high-performing IT company
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment processes and platform management
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ready to thrive and drive results in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Team Lead is a plus (at least for a local team or specific department)

Responsibilities

  • Personally manage the full-cycle recruitment for complex IT roles (at least 6 months before the promotion)
  • Audit current metrics, identifying gaps in Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Offer, and Recruiter KPIs.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks and implement AI-driven solutions to make the recruitment funnel faster, more precise, and highly automated.
  • Take an active role in preparing global recruitment reports by leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven metrics to drive data-backed decision-making.
