Rillet is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team and drive their engineering and technical hiring strategy. This role requires a technical recruiting expert who can partner with engineering leadership to build exceptional product and engineering teams, navigate complex technical requirements, and attract top-tier talent in highly competitive markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical roles across the full stack, from junior engineers to distinguished technical leaders, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering organizations. The company is looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of their SF office (or willing to relocate). Team members work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day.
