About The Position

Rillet is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team and drive their engineering and technical hiring strategy. This role requires a technical recruiting expert who can partner with engineering leadership to build exceptional product and engineering teams, navigate complex technical requirements, and attract top-tier talent in highly competitive markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical roles across the full stack, from junior engineers to distinguished technical leaders, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering organizations. The company is looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of their SF office (or willing to relocate). Team members work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day.

Requirements

  • 5+ years technical recruiting experience.
  • You have an opinion on what good looks like and can articulate what it means with proven examples to back it
  • Track record of recruiting across a wide range engineering roles. You know how to drive a search end to end, and when to flag concerns.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, adept at navigating technical communities and understanding engineering culture in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven approach to influence stakeholders; from aligning on total addressable market and target profiles to influencing process changes
  • You utilize AI in your work consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and technical leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and hiring plans for software engineering, ML/AI, and engineering leadership
  • Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques, technical community engagement, open source contribution analysis, and building robust talent pipelines for current and future technical needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for complex technical roles, including coordinating technical interviews, coding assessments, and system design evaluations while ensuring exceptional candidate experience
  • Serve as a talent partner to hiring managers and candidates on market trends, compensation benchmarking, technical role positioning, and competitive intelligence to facilitate successful placements
