About The Position

DYNE IT & Services is a global IT consulting and services company delivering high-quality technology solutions and skilled resources to clients across Ireland, the UK, the US, India, Europe, and other international markets. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, consulting, and corporate roles, supporting hiring across Ireland, UK, US, India, and global regions. The role requires strong sourcing capability, stakeholder engagement, and experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
  • Strong experience hiring for IT, Consulting, and Technology roles
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Hands-on experience supporting Ireland, UK, US, and India hiring
  • Exposure to global / international recruitment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using ATS tools and recruitment analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engg or Computer science Degree Or MBA

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing organizations
  • Prior Business Development experience (client interaction, lead support, or account exposure)
  • Knowledge of Ireland, UK, US, and India employment practices, notice periods, and salary benchmarking
  • Experience hiring across Europe or offshore delivery models
  • Employer branding and social media recruitment experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure
  • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders across Ireland, UK, US, India, and global locations
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and functional suitability
  • Coordinate interviews and manage timely feedback
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
  • Handle offer management, negotiation, and candidate closure
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and KPIs
  • Support employer branding initiatives for DYNE IT & Services
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and applicable labor regulations
