Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience
  • partnered with Engineering Leaders successfully
  • hired for senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, engineering leadership
  • constantly thinking of how to represent Hightouch with candidates in this competitive market
  • strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship and are able to build a strong and trustworthy partnership
  • proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound)
  • able to juggle various roles at once
  • use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline
  • thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done

  • identifying closing strategies for offers
  • proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment
