As a key member of Anduril's Software Platform recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's talent management as we continue to rapidly grow. Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with leaders and hiring managers to define the hiring needs of the company. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's world class team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team where no task is too big or too small. You will work directly on our Software Platform team and own recruiting efforts across our Product Design and Software Engineering core functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience recruiting for technical roles & closing top tier engineering talent (preferably software engineering and product design talent)
  • Experience with building diverse talent pipelines and connecting with potential candidates proactively
  • Strong recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success driving results and achieving hiring goals
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success supporting a range of software engineering teams
  • Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies and sourcing outcomes
  • High collaboration skills, thriving in a team environment
  • Ability to operate and solve complex problems independently
  • Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed
  • Private equity knowledge & closing expertise in competitive environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting efforts for top technical talent across all levels, with a focus on Tech/Software Engineering roles.
  • Develop close partnerships with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements.
  • Lead various initiatives across the recruiting team
  • Ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview process and new evaluation techniques
  • Use our Applicant Tracking System Greenhouse (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently and provide weekly/monthly recruiting reports.
  • Use a data-driven approach to recruiting, analyzing metrics and recruitment insights to improve sourcing processes and improve hiring outcomes
