Senior Technical Project Manager - Martech
About The Position
WPP is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with experience in managing and implementing marketing automation projects using a hands-on and agile approach. The role involves organizing and managing key client projects, ensuring high quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, positive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills working for well-known, successful international brands and to make a personal difference on projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with either Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud
- Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation
- A conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general
- Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
- Great communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical language
Responsibilities
- Controlling the analysis phase
- Developing project plans and requirements specifications
- Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Securing that our configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead, securing that follow up, planning and time spend is overseen
- Managing relationships with client and stakeholders, including motivating colleagues in their day-to-day tasks
